Application of Tariff
Rules, regulations, rates and charges named in this tariff apply to the transportation of passengers and their baggage in charter service between points and places in Clark County and Nye County, Nevada, including, but not limited to, all airports, on the one hand, and points and places in Clark County and Nye County, Nevada, including, but not limited to, all airports in Clark County, Nevada, on the other.

Computation of Rates and Charges

Rates and charges named in this tariff are applicable to waiting time and live service, and apply from the earlier of the scheduled time of pickup or the actual time of pickup until the time of drop off. Rates and charges named in this tariff are applicable to deadhead time in the event the point of origin or the point of destination are more than fifteen (15) miles from McCarran International Airport.

Minimum Charge
The minimum charge for passengers and their baggage in charter service will be one hour, plus the applicable gratuity.

Baggage
  • (a) Hand baggage not to exceed forty (40) pounds per adult passenger will be permitted.
  • (b) No tools or articles with sharp edges will be carried unless securely and safely packaged.
  • (c) No explosives, inflammables, or liquids which could contaminate or be harmful to passenger or equipment will be carried.
Animals
Dogs, cats or other live animals will not be carried unless properly confined in an approved container. EXCEPTION: Seeing-eye dogs in the performance of their duty guiding blind-persons.

Objectionable Persons
Carrier reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicants or drugs, in incapable of taking care of himself or herself, or when conduct is likely to be objectionable to other passengers or prospective passengers. This rule does not apply to persons who are ill or incapacitated or accompanied by an attendant or nurse.

Carrier’s Liability

Carrier will not be liable for loss or damage to baggage or the contents thereof unless occasioned by lack of reasonable care on its part, and then only for the reasonable value thereof, subject to a maximum liability of $250.00 for the loss of, or damage to, any single piece of baggage, including its contents.

Claims
Claims for loss or damage to baggage must be submitted to the carrier within seven (7) days after the loss or damage is discovered. Within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the claim, the carrier shall: compensate the claimant; or deliver to the clamaint a written denial of the claim. A denial of the claim may be appealed by the claimant to the Nevada Transportation Services Authority.

Classes of Vehicles
1. Buses, as defined in NAC 706.022.

Cancellation
No refunds.

Cellular Phone Service
Cellular phone service will be available, upon request, for customers in all vehicles.

Commissions
Carrier may pay a commission or referral fee to an agent who arranges for the provision of transportation services by Carrier. Such commission or referral fee shall not exceed ten percent of the rate, fare or charge specified in Carrier’s tariffs for the type of service that the agent has arranged for the Carrier to provide.
